Over the past decade, Music Road Convention Center has strived to be the planners "one-stop-shop" for streamlined execution of successful meetings. We offer almost everything you need in-house. Why? Cost, convenience, and customer service! Since we own all of our audio/visual equipment, we have it just a few steps away from your room so that the unexpected can be provided for at a moment's notice. You will find our rental prices to be reasonable, and our trained staff to be ready to help when the need arises. We strive to give you the best prices in equipment and tradeshow set-up you will find at any convention center. However, you are welcome to bring your own equipment and we don't charge a fee if you do.
Music Road Convention Center has the capability for over 120 tradeshow booth set-ups in our inventory. This allows our staff to |
do over night and speedy turn-around of meeting spaces between groups. Electrical hook-ups and other services are economically priced to assist planners with tight budgets.
Catering is top-notch, with hundreds of items from which to select. Don't see what you want? We can customize the menus to your taste and budget. Need a theme for your party or event, just ask our banquet and event coordinator for assistance. We have access to local suppliers who offer decorations for rent. Our staff is knowledgeable on the area and local venues, and can even suggest great off-site event locations.
